Had a fantastic time with friends at the townhouse! We visited the lovely local beach and explored the historic castle nearby. The staff were super friendly and the food was great. Just a heads-up, parking can be tricky, but that's part of the charm.
Unfortunately, our shower was a bit tricky to adjust for temperature. It was hard to find the right setting, which was a bit frustrating.

I recently had a great stay in a Townhouse Double room for one night. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring fresh pastries and a variety of juices. The staff were incredibly friendly, ensuring we felt welcomed during our breakfast. the shower temperature control in our room was a bit tricky to manage.

Had a fabulous time feasting on oysters at the nearby Tredici Italian Kitchen and the brews at the local bars. The breakfast at the hotel was top-notch. The lounge was a great spot to unwind after exploring Beaumaris.
At £269, the room felt a bit tired and in need of some love, with rusty windows and a dark vibe. It’s a shame because my past stay was a delight, but this one didn’t quite hit the mark.

Historical setting with modern comfort, unique rooms named after Dickens characters, engaging local community vibe
The dining experience needs serious attention!!! Consistency in food quality and speed of service are lacking, and room maintenance should never involve guests reporting issues – it reflects poorly on management!!!

The location was delightful, and the staff were genuinely friendly, although the restaurant service could use improvement, as it felt rushed. While the food was tasty, the portion sizes left something to be desired. a nice place, but some areas need attention.
